We have extensive experience in the manufacture of complex multilayer materials by lamination, as well as their printing with different finishes. Initially, we only printed in rotogravure, but over time, we have expanded our lines to incorporate HD flexography. In both packaging printing systems, we have achieved excellent print quality and have faithfully reproduced the most demanding designs.
All the manufacturing processes of these materials are performed in clean rooms, with ISO 8 environmental conditions, thus meeting the quality standards necessary to obtain ISO 15378, ISO 9001, BRCGS certificates and to comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)regulations.
At Rotor Print we develop flexible packaging for various sectors, including pharmaceuticals and food. In both, the packaging is in direct contact with the end product, which means that materials must meet standards of hygiene to avoid contamination from external elements.
There are different printing systems, and at Rotor Print, we have specialised in two of the possible systems: HD flexography HD and rotogravure.
Both systems are complex and highly difficult printing techniques that require very specific machinery and highly trained personnel. The ability to produce with both printing systems guarantees being able to choose the process that best suits the client's needs.
